Stuart is a retired former senior NHS manager having worked for over 30 years in NHS Blood and Transplant specialising in operations management.
Since retirement Stuart has been in the voluntary role of the Amnesty International representative in Wales working to support local Amnesty groups in their activism and to promote the work of Amnesty in Wales. Stuart is also the chair of his local Amnesty group in Monmouth.
