Joseff Morgan is a practicing barrister specialising in family law. Joseff is originally from Llandovery and went to university at Loughborough University studying English, graduating with First Class Hons. Joseff went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff Law School before joining 9 Park Place Chambers in September 2017. Before beginning his practice, Joseff undertook internships in New Delhi, India working with the South Asia Human Right’s Documentation Centre, and in Kathmandu, Nepal in a charity involved in prison reform. Joseff has also volunteered since 2017 with Amnesty International’s Cardiff group, serving as the group’s secretary for a year and remaining active within the group since.

Joseff originally volunteered with Asylum Justice at the weekly drop ins for several years whilst he practiced immigration law, but has since become a Trustee of the charity.

Joseff is a conversational Welsh speaker.
